Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Update with New Class Released on Test Server

The developers of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 have launched testing for an upcoming update. The game has added the Techmarine — a new class specializing in crowd control and area defense. Previously, the authors detailed the Techmarine's perks and class features.

Their arsenal includes several types of bolt rifles, a plasma cannon, and an Occulus carbine. Notable secondary weapons include a couple of bolt pistols, "Inferno," Neo-Volkite, and a plasma pistol.

The update also introduces:

• new weapon "Omnissian Axe,"
• "Tarantula" turrets available in PvE,
• the Disruption map,
• healing stimulants,
• as well as a number of heroic items and DLC content.

The developers have balanced weapons and reworked PvE perks. In PvP, they fixed several issues that occurred when using certain types of weapons, as well as several minor bugs.

Currently, there is no release date for the update.
