WARDOGS is coming out today: early access starts at 19:00 Moscow time

Bulkhead has set a date for the global early access launch of WARDOGS: the shooter will arrive on September 10 at 19:00. The studio said the release will be a worldwide early access opening following the project's closed testing phase.

Closed tests drew strong interest, with more than 100 thousand active players and roughly 500 thousand downloads, making the early access start the first major trial of WARDOGS without the previous test limitations.

At launch the game will be available exclusively on PC via Steam; preloading is already open so players can install the client ahead of the servers going live.

WARDOGS pits up to 100 players into large, open maps where three teams contest dynamic objectives simultaneously. Bulkhead says the experience extends beyond raw shooting: matches feature vehicles, logistics elements, an earning and experience system, and team-support mechanics. The developer also promises realistic weapons while clarifying the title is not intended to be a full military simulator.

Communication in WARDOGS uses a proximity-based voice chat, allowing players to hear teammates and opponents depending on distance.

No console release has been announced for the early access launch. Bulkhead previously confirmed plans to bring WARDOGS to consoles later, closer to the game’s full release.
