Virtus.pro caught a "techie" at the CS2 tournament due to the absence of webcams
Virtus.pro received a technical defeat at a CS2 tournament due to lack of webcams
The esports team Virtus.pro received a technical defeat at the CCT Season 3 European Series #13 tournament in Counter-Strike 2 in their match against Nemiga. The reason was non-compliance with broadcast requirements: two players from the team did not have working webcams.
According to some reports, the cameras were physically present, but the image from them was not being broadcast due to a technical failure on the organizers' side. Nevertheless, the tournament administration did not make concessions and counted the match as a loss.
As a result, Virtus.pro left the tournament, and the victory was awarded to the Nemiga team.
