Turn the calendar upside down and on September 3rd you'll find The Blood of Dawnwalker (costs $69.99): story, gameplay, and systems
Rebel Wolves wrapped their "Path to Release" showcase and dropped a bunch of fresh details about the RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker.
First, the launch is set for September 3, 2026, and pre-orders are already available. You can buy the standard edition on Steam and the Microsoft Store, as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, for $69.99. There's an Eclipse Edition (digital) — it bundles a world compendium, soundtrack, and comic — priced at $79.99. Also on the table: a Day 1 Edition with a steelbook and map, plus a collector's edition that includes a figurine (physical extras).
Second, they premiered a story trailer. Quick take: Cohen ends up on a grim frontline (think terminator's line) and has roughly a month to pull his family out of a world ruled by bloodsuckers — the narrative stakes are tight and personal.
Third, there was a sizable chunk of open-world gameplay shown, running in UE5. Some scenes looked lush and wide — other moments felt like tightly directed set pieces; overall, the tech seems to be doing much of the heavy lifting.
And fourth, the PC system requirements were published:
