City-Building Simulator Manor Lords Receives Major Combat System Updates

The developers of the city-building simulator Manor Lords have released a new version of the game with significant changes to the combat system, updating the battle display system. Players can now observe all squads on the active battlefield in real-time.

A key change concerns the combat zone: after a battle begins, the area in which participating squads are counted will gradually shrink.

In addition to the main changes, the developers have made a number of other improvements. The hunting trap checking mechanism now operates on a 90-day interval. Organizing weapon production in the game now requires 15 residents and the presence of a warehouse. The emergency pathfinding system, which activates when a character finds themselves in an inescapable situation, has also been refined.

The new version fixes many minor bugs. For example, an issue with the ability to scroll the map in full-screen interface mode when the player moved the cursor to the edge of the game window has been resolved.

All these changes are aimed at improving gameplay and eliminating technical flaws, making managing a medieval settlement even more comfortable and realistic.
