PlayStation Plus October Lineup Revealed

Sony has confirmed the free games coming to PlayStation Plus in October for Essential, Extra, and Premium members, and the selection is drawing little enthusiasm.

The October titles are:

• F1 25 (PS5),
• Hunt: Showdown 1896 (PS5),
• Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 (PS5, PS4).

Subscribers can claim all three games between October 6 and November 2.

The current September lineup remains available in the meantime, offering Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes.

Sony Pictures Core will add "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" on October 6, and PS Plus members will get five avatars at no cost, without needing to buy the movie.

Additionally, Horror Fest will bring in-game pack giveaways:

• Call of Duty: Warzone Horror Bundle (October 1),
• Hunt: Showdown 1896 Starter Pack (October 6),
• Overwatch 2 Draugr Reinhardt + 5 Tier skips Pack (October 7).
