This month, Mr. Karate from Art of Fighting will appear in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
Developers from SNK revealed another guest character for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Instead of a crossover with some popular franchise, the creators decided to look back and revive Mr. Karate — one of the heroes from the Art of Fighting series.
The Art of Fighting franchise dates back to 1992. Despite a successful start, it lasted only three games. The latest installment to date (Art of Fighting 3: The Path of the Warrior) was released 30 years ago — in March 1996. Nevertheless, this did not stop SNK from bringing back one of their iconic fighters in the form of Mr. Karate.
Make way for the greatest masked warrior, Mr. Karate — the mysterious karate master whose strength and skills are unmatched. As the residents of South Town can confirm, he is undoubtedly the embodiment of pure power. How will this SNK universe icon fit into the mechanics and atmosphere of Fatal Fury: City of Wolves? You’ll find out very soon!
Mr. Karate will join the roster of playable fighters in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves by the end of this month. The exact date will be announced shortly. The character is part of the second season pass, whose holders have already received Kim Jae Hoon, Nightmare Geese, Blue Mary, and Wolfgang Krauser. In June, the legendary Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star will also join them.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series with Russian text localization.
