Creative Assembly has finally heeded the fans' pleas: Total War: Warhammer 3 will receive what the armies of Grand Cathay have been sorely missing — giant cats. A new paid DLC will add the legendary lord Bhashivu the White Tiger and a unit of cat warriors capable of turning the faction's tactics on its head.

The developers position Bhashivu as the perfect assassin — a phantom predator who doesn't wade into the thick of battle but sows fear while remaining in the shadows. She is accompanied by units focused on ambushes and stealth. The Clawspeaker stands out in particular — a mage giant cat capable of deploying into the enemy's rear.

The DLC will be released in late spring and will cost $5. In the same post, the developers reminded us to expect the Lords of the End Times DLC with Neferata and a vampire rework in the summer. In the meantime, we can prepare for the rat-like Skaven to finally be mass-exterminated by their natural enemies.
