The Sims 4 Gets a Major Update with Improvements for Sims' Everyday Life

The sims 4 gets a major update with improvements for sims everyday life

Developers of The Sims 4 have put out a QoL update that tackles 60+ bugs and slips in a number of community-requested tweaks. Some fixes are small and some are oddly satisfying — you may spot fewer weird eyelid poses and more believable eye movement; prom events no longer throw the same tantrums; NPC autonomy behaves with a bit more sense (e.g., fewer baffling detours).

Pets got some attention too: animals that once vanished or ended up stuck in a Sim’s inventory should stop disappearing, which will save players a lot of head scratches.

There are many other under-the-hood fixes and tiny improvements — stability, pathing, animations, etc. The devs say the aim is to cut down on interruptions so storytellers spend less time troubleshooting and more time playing (not that every bug is gone; some will need follow-ups, i.e., future patches).
