The second season of the anime Dungeon Meshi ("Delicious in Dungeon") will be released only next fall.

Anime and Dungeons & Dragons fans will have to wait: season two of Dungeon Meshi ("Delicious in Dungeon") is slated for Oct 2027. It's a little over a year away, and the rollout mixes TV broadcast with streaming — Netflix is on board, plus other platforms (w/ exact services to be confirmed).

Reko Kui's original manga spans 14 volumes and, FYI, had surpassed 14 million copies sold by March 2024 according to publishers. The first anime season was greeted warmly; people liked its quirky humor and the way it channels a D&D-like mood, with reactions running from amused to strangely nostalgic about those monster-cooking scenes.
