Onimusha: Way of the Sword Released

A couple of hours ago, Capcom revived the Onimusha franchise with the launch of a new samurai action entry, Onimusha: Way of the Sword (Onimusha: Way of the Sword). At release the title quickly amassed more than 700 reviews on Steam, of which 76% were positive.

Early criticism has centered mostly on technical instability: several players report crashes when running the game with unlimited frame rates. Outside of those issues, community feedback has been largely favorable. Players have highlighted the game’s fluid animations, striking combat encounters, and engaging protagonists. Russian-speaking users in particular noted appreciation for the complete localization, including the voice acting.

Capcom has released 3 masterpieces in a year. I am very glad they maintain the PRICE=QUALITY standard

  • No crashes or other issues (Considering the Nvidia game driver hasn't been released).
  • The cutscene staging is done at a high-quality level, it's very pleasant to watch, like watching a movie.
  • The combat system is very light/smooth/fast (I hope it will get even better with upgrades).
  • Really liked the Russian voice acting, heard and saw many funny moments.
  • The main hero reminds me a lot of Jackie Chan, just as cute, emotional, and energetic :D

I highly recommend the game for purchase, it's worth it!) Tomaszkiewicz, “thumbs up”

Onimusha: Way of the Sword is available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. Players can still try the demo before buying.
