The development studio Liquid Swords has officially confirmed the release date for its new project—an ambitious third-person narrative action game titled Samson. Based on the classic story of the legendary biblical hero endowed with superhuman strength, the game will become available to PC users on April 8, 2026.

The protagonist, Samson, seeks to uncover the reasons behind his family's downfall and restore justice before time runs out. The developers promise a full-fledged open world that will evolve alongside the player's actions: city districts, character appearances, and faction influence will change depending on your successes or failures.

Liquid Swords confirmed that the project is built on the Unreal Engine 5 and fully utilizes its cutting-edge features: Nanite for incredible object detail, Lumen for realistic lighting, and Virtual Shadow Maps for flawless shadows.
