Platformer New Super Lucky's Tale to Receive PlayStation 5 Upgrade in March
The 3D platformer New Super Lucky’s Tale will get a full-fledged version for PlayStation 5, scheduled for release on March 26. The game will boast support for DualSense features, 4K resolution, and a frame rate of up to 120 fps.
To recap, the adventure follows the young fox Lucky. Using an artifact called the Book of Ages, the hero embarks on a journey through colorful worlds to reclaim missing pages from the evil sorcerer cat Jinx and his family.
New Super Lucky’s Tale is an expanded and improved edition of the platformer Super Lucky’s Tale. Among other things, it introduced a fully controllable camera, more responsive controls, and an expanded story. Lucky doesn't just run and jump through vibrant locations collecting collectibles—you can also expect story-focused levels, 2D challenges, mini-games, clever puzzles, and intense boss battles.
Originally, New Super Lucky’s Tale launched in 2019 on Nintendo Switch, followed by releases on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG), PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2020.
New Super Lucky’s Tale does not support the Russian language.
