Path of Exile 2 Update 0.5.0 Announcement Set for Late April

Grinding Gear Games is preparing players for the next update of Path of Exile 2, and the game's team has shared additional information.

The latest developer blog reminds us that it has already been two months since the release of Last of the Druids, and the Fate of the Vaal league in PoE2 will continue for a while longer, until the launch of update 0.5.0.

However, we still have some time to wait until then, as GGG has scheduled the announcement of a "fairly substantial update" for late April. Later, the team will announce the exact update plans, including changes for the endgame and, of course, a new league. We will likely receive a few more pieces of information before the announcement.

After the update's release, characters and items from Fate of the Vaal will be migrated to the Standard or Hardcore Early Access leagues.
