The trademark description closely mirrors the language used when Lies of P was registered, repeating phrases that outline the type of software and services covered:

...virtual reality software; interactive multimedia software for games; computer software for providing multiplayer access to a global computer information network.

That near-identical wording is the primary basis for connecting this new filing to the upcoming title. Beyond the trademark, public knowledge about the sequel is minimal: developers have only acknowledged that a follow-up exists. The game director offered a brief tease, saying players should expect "the maximum pleasure we can achieve within the game." No plot, setting, or release window has been disclosed, so any item that might hint at direction prompts scrutiny in the community.

Fans have returned to the end of Lies of P's post-credits sequence for possible clues. In that scene, a character called Jandjo—revealed to be Philip Paracelsus—boards a train and speaks on the phone with an unnamed woman; he ends the call by saying he has found someone who could become the next "key" — Dorothy. That name has become a focal point for theorycrafting.

Given that Round8 Studio and Neowiz reimagined Pinocchio within a grim, Belgian-inspired town for Lies of P, observers consider it plausible the studio might again adapt a well-known fairy tale into a darker interpretation for the sequel. The Dorothy reference points directly to The Wizard of Oz, and the title "Wonders of O" on the EUIPO filing is viewed by some as reinforcing that possibility. Neither Round8 Studio nor Neowiz has officially confirmed the connection.
