The Marvel Tokon tournament on PC had to be canceled due to game performance issues

The PC version of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls turned out to be unstable enough that the Tampa Never Sleeps organizers pulled the PC bracket. The weekly tournament was due to start on August 8, but a day before kickoff they announced all matches would be PS5-only, blaming a host of technical faults that made reliable play unworkable.

Glitches were visible even in the open beta. Devs promised fixes before launch, yet after release players still reported poor performance — e.g., severe frame drops and crashes; netcode hiccups showed up too. For now the change affects only the upcoming weekly, but if the PC build isn’t patched organizers could keep it off the circuit. In a scene that depends on precision timing, these kinds of issues undermine both casual play and tournament reliability.
