The developers of Genshin Impact have released a character trailer for Illugy, an upcoming 4-star Geo character.

The sky above the Kipumaki cliffs is always shrouded in an impenetrable haze, which has led many travelers astray. If even the moonlight cannot penetrate here, look around and behold the golden glow of the nightingale's wings.

The trailer showcases the misty Kipumaki cliffs, a golden nightingale, and Illugy's reflections on the Wild Hunt, the cries of the dead, battlefields, and the duty of leading the Luminaries squad. The character is portrayed as a responsible commander who doubts the price of the "paradise" of Nod-Krai, built upon the blood of its inhabitants.

In the Japanese version of the game, Illugy is voiced by actor Shuichiro Umeda, known for his roles as Koichi Haimawari in Vigilante: Boku no Hero Academia Illegals and Akira Tendo in Zom 100: Zombie ni Naru made ni Shitai 100 no Koto.
