The "Gothic" Remake Started at Third Place in the Weekly Steam Chart
Turns out people chose arcades over gadgets this week — Japanese racetracks outlived James Bond among Steam players. Between June 2 and 9, Forza Horizon 6 climbed back to the top of the paid chart, and 007 First Light slipped three spots in one go. Meanwhile, Counter-Strike 2 still sits at the summit of the overall ranking, but don't be surprised if the remake of the first “Gothic” — which has been gathering steam — tries to nudge it later (i.e., it's breathing down CS2's neck).
Peak online players during the specified period were updated or set by the following projects:
- Gothic 1 Remake — 77,731 players.
- Road to Empress II — 28,665 players.

- Fatekeeper — 6,442 players.
- Minecraft Dungeons — 5,217 players.
