The first The Witcher was purchased 10 million times, and the second one — 15 million.
The First Witcher Sold 10 Million Copies, the Second — 15 Million
Sales of the first "The Witcher" have reached 10 million copies, and the second one — 15 million. The data was shared by one of the joint CEOs of CD Projekt RED, Michał Nowakowski.
Recently, on January 13, journalist Michał Król published a list of the best-selling Polish games on social network X:
- "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" — 60 million copies.
- Cyberpunk 2077 — 35 million.
- Dying Light — 20 million.
- Green Hell and Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty — 10 million each.
- This War of Mine — 9 million.
- House Flipper — 8.5 million.
- Thief Simulator — 5.6 million.
- Dying Light 2 and Frostpunk — 5 million each.
Nowakowski quoted Król's post and revealed the sales figures for the first The Witcher games. The CDPR executive added that sales for both RPGs are still growing.
