In other words, Pocketpair is looking for true professionals in their field, passionate about the industry both from a player's and a developer's standpoint.
If a person only plays on consoles, their candidacy is automatically rejected. As Mizobe explained, it's important for the company that applicants are also well-versed in the indie scene, many projects of which do not get console releases.
As for Palworld, the developers recently released a video dedicated to the project's second anniversary. In it, they not only thanked the audience for their support but also showed off new Pals. These will be added in the full release version, which is still scheduled for 2026.
Gamers can also expect gameplay improvements related to crafting and exploration. Furthermore, on July 30th, fans of the game will be treated to a board game focused on tactical duels using cards.
