The studio poncle, which released the hit game Vampire Survivors, is preparing the deckbuilder Vampire Crawlers. The company announced that a demo version of the game will be available on February 23 for PC (Steam) and Xbox Series. Additionally, the developers released a video detailing the features of the roguelike.

At its core, Vampire Crawlers is a traditional deckbuilder. You explore dungeons, build a deck of cards, and unleash powerful combos. New cards, upgrades, and summoned survivors with unique abilities gradually become available.

In the recent video, the developers mentioned the following details:

• Many turn-based games can start to feel monotonous and drawn-out due to long turns. To address this, poncle implemented the ability to play cards without waiting for the animation to finish. However, if you quickly play several cards in a row, all effects won't target a single enemy but will be distributed as if they were played sequentially. This mechanic is called the "turbo turn."
• Cards are customized using gems. Their effects range from simple damage multipliers to strange modifiers, which can ultimately combine to create an unbeatable deck.

Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors launches in early to mid-year on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, iOS, and Android. Russian text localization is confirmed.
