Invincible VS Fighting Game Developers Showcase Powerplex Gameplay
Studio Quarter Up continues to reveal the roster of playable fighters for Invincible VS on the way to its planned release. This time, the new gameplay trailer is dedicated to Powerplex.
Powerplex (also known as Scott Duval) prefers to keep his distance and fight using electric superpowers. The character is voiced by Aaron Paul — Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad and Robert Robertson from Dispatch.
The "hero's" description states:
A former GDA scientist turned villain, Powerplex is deeply affected by the death of his sister and niece during the destruction of Chicago. He blames Invincible for their deaths. Using his ability to convert kinetic energy into electricity, Powerplex allows his hatred and rage to lead him down a path of mad vengeance, resulting in catastrophic consequences.
In Invincible VS, he serves as a long-range character, capable of pressuring opponents and controlling the battlefield with aerial electric attacks and excellent ground mobility, allowing him to execute brutal combo attacks.
Quarter Up's Invincible VS launches on April 30th for PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series without Russian localization.
