Publisher THQ Nordic and developer studio Weappy released a new trailer for The Eternal Life of Goldman and announced that gamers will be able to try out a demo version next month during the February Steam festival "Next Fest." The event will take place from February 23 to March 2.

The upcoming demo promises around 90 minutes of initial content.

Let's recall that the new project from the creators of Hollywood Animal is a two-dimensional platformer distinguished by a visual style crafted by hand, following the principles of classic animation.

The game features a brave old man who arrives on a mysterious archipelago with the noteworthy goal of killing a certain Deity that everyone talks about but no one has seen. As players progress, they will uncover the dark history of the archipelago and details of the protagonist's past.

The release date for The Eternal Life of Goldman is still unknown. The game was previously promised to be released "during the winter holidays," but it seems the developers were unable to meet the deadline.

The title is being developed for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch with Russian text localization.
