Bloody Action-Horror Crisol: Theater of Idols Set in Alternate Spain Releases February 10th

A trailer announcing the release date for Crisol: Theater of Idols. Publisher Blumhouse Games and studio Vermila announced the release date for Crisol: Theater of Idols. The first-person action-horror game will go on sale on February 10th. The project will cost $17.99.

Crisol: Theater of Idols takes place in Gispanya — a dark and twisted reflection of Spain. Players will take on the role of a soldier named Gabriel, who can transform his own blood into weapons. The hero follows the divine will of the Sun God and sets off for the cursed island of Tormentosa to fulfill the mission entrusted to him.

Tormentosa greets with an oppressive atmosphere, ruins of former grandeur, and strange cults. While exploring the island, the player gradually uncovers the secrets of bloody rituals and local folklore.

Combat here requires caution: blood serves as both ammunition and health. Each shot weakens the hero, so survival depends on precise calculation and the ability to maintain a balance between attack and preserving HP. As you progress, you can develop abilities, enhance weapons, and adapt your arsenal to different situations.

The story of Crisol: Theater of Idols combines religious motifs, historical references, and elements of nightmare. The developers promise a tense adventure where the path to truth will require real sacrifices.

You will be able to embark on a bloody journey through Gispanya on PC (Steam), Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5. The developers promise a text translation into Russian. A demo version is already available on the Valve platform.
