Crimson Desert Creators Still Undecided on Console Performance

Pearl Abyss PR manager Will Powers reported that the PC version of Crimson Desert will not have a strict frame rate limit. Players will be able to use the full power of their systems.

“We do not limit FPS. If your system can handle it — great,” Powers noted.

He also confirmed support for NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR technologies, as well as native 4K.

For PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles, the studio has not yet disclosed target performance figures. Powers explained that the team does not want to announce numbers before final optimization and will reveal them later.
