The authors of Crimson Desert are launching a video contest with a trip to Korea and prizes for the best moments of Paivel
Since the release of Crimson Desert, the devs have been watching how players post their Pywel runs — screenshots, clips, that one ridiculous fail you kept replaying. Now they’ve opened a video contest, Beyond the Abyss: Community Challenge, for people who want to show off those moments and maybe walk away with something real.
You can enter in two formats: short (max 1 min) or long (max 3 min). The theme is loose — anything from roaming the map to a brutal fight in the Abyss, a cool char build, or just a flash of chaos that needed to be recorded. Post your clip to social media or YouTube with the tags #CrimsonDesert and #BeyondTheAbyss, then send it in through the submission form.
Judging is on Pearl Abyss’ side; the top prize is a trip to S. Korea (flight + accom. paid). Submissions are open until July 12, 2026 — after that they'll pick the best entries.
