Stay Out Developers Release Useful Update and Prepare Players for New PvP Season

A server restart took place in the game Stay Out, accompanied by a number of significant changes. The developers updated the PvP mode, replenished the in-game store, and eliminated numerous technical flaws, improving the stability and convenience of gameplay.

The main event will be the launch of the 19th PvP season, which will begin on January 31, 2026, and last until March 28, 2026. The exact start time can be found on the Bulletin Board.

The list of rewards has been revised for the new season. Players who take places from first to sixth will receive an increased number of improved toolkits. Participants in positions from first to ninth will have access to more RGN grenades. Winners who take first and second place can count on an increased number of cartridges. Other rewards remain unchanged compared to the previous season.

For a limited time, a New Year's Box has appeared in the in-game store, containing magazines for the AK chambered in 7.62×39. This was a pleasant addition to the festive atmosphere and an opportunity to replenish one's arsenal.

The developers focused on fixing numerous bugs that hindered comfortable gameplay. For example, the issue with applying an emblem to equipment was resolved, and entering the PvE mode "Protect the Little Fir Tree" in bear form with its effects was prohibited.

An important change was the disabling of the team selection option in the PvP mode "All vs. All" and the PvE modes "Gingerbread Madness" and "Protect the Little Fir Tree." Now in PvE, players cannot damage each other, making these modes safer for cooperative play.

The functionality of the parcel quest at Yashka's Cat and the ability to complete the "Real Treasure" quest in City N have been restored. Furthermore, the issue of double deduction of modification coupons when changing equipment has been fixed. Now, the position of equipped weapons is correctly saved after re-entering the game, and counting items in the account storage no longer causes errors when selecting multiple objects.

Significant edits also affected the interface. A progress bar for weapon clearing has been added, allowing the player to see when the action will complete. The incomplete filling of the progress bar when using items has been fixed. An annoying bug where a medkit would start the animation but not actually be applied has been eliminated.

The developers also adjusted the durability of items obtained from mutants and animals, improved the sorting of faction members by OG contribution (both monthly and overall). The "Violator" effect, which previously did not remove the "Safe Zone" status, has been fixed. The display of quests for Ataman's squad members in the "Factions" tab has been restored, and errors in displaying the status of the "Fungal Growths" quest and the information window for the "Protect the Scientists" event have been corrected.

Among other improvements:

  • Fixed the issue of group members not displaying on the mini-map after changing location;
  • Prevented random mutants from attacking scientists during the "Protect the Scientists" event;
  • Restored the visual hiding of long text for pinned quests after completing sub-quests;
  • Eliminated double-clicking when selecting multiple items;
  • Fixed issues with NPC AI — they now see players through chain-link fences and correctly account for the bolt-racking animation;
  • Removed an invisible wall that stopped bullets near trees;
  • Updated the localization for the active skill key of the equipment set;
  • Corrected text typos.

These updates aim to make the game more balanced and comfortable for users. The start of the new PvP season promises players fresh challenges and valuable rewards, while the temporary offers in the in-game store add an element of surprise and variety.
