Square Enix has launched a survey to find out from fans which classic game should be revived first. Developers from Team Asano are asking to choose between Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy IX, and Final Fantasy VI. The results will influence which project gets the green light.

The company is also interested in the format of the re-release. Among the options are the HD-2D style, Pixel Remaster, a texture update in HD Remaster, or a full-fledged three-dimensional remake in the spirit of Final Fantasy VII. Additionally, they are asking whether it is necessary to expand the story, add content for the final stage, or implement full voice acting.
