Amazon is preparing a series based on Tomb Raider. Today, the company revealed actress Sophie Turner as the main character.

The show also stars:

• Martin Bobb-Semple as Zip, Lara Croft's technical specialist and friend.
• Jason Isaacs as Atlas de Morne, Lara's uncle.
• Bill Paterson as Winston, the Croft family butler.
• Jack Bannon as Jerry, Lara's personal pilot.
• John Heffernan — David, a weary civil servant who gets caught up in Lara's adventures.
• Celia Imrie — Francine, head of development at the British Museum.
• Paterson Joseph as Thomas Warner, a high-ranking official tasked with cleaning up a huge scandal.
• Sasha Luss as Sasha, Lara's ambitious and ruthless rival.
• Juliette Motamed — Georgia, a curator at the British Museum who is dedicated to the "proper" preservation of history.
• Sigourney Weaver — Evelyn Wallis, a mysterious woman who seeks to use Lara's talents for her own purposes.
• August Wittgenstein — Lucas, a looter who has many connections to Lara.

The series will be released on Prime Video. The premiere date is still unknown.
