Ustwo Games, globally renowned for the Monument Valley mobile puzzle series, has announced a strategic shift in its operations. The company now positions itself as a studio with PC as its primary platform.

Studio CEO Maria Sayans explained that this decision is the result of a long evolution. Despite massive success in the mobile sector, the studio wants to expand its creative horizons. Developing for PC allows the creation of more expansive and ambitious worlds, not limited by the technical constraints of smartphones or touch screen controls.

The transition began with the releases of Alba: A Wildlife Adventure and Desta: The Memories Between, which performed excellently on Steam and received high praise from critics.
