A Walk Through the Forests of India Turns into a Nightmare: Trailer for the Animated Film by the Very Gorillaz

On February 27, the official YouTube channel of the cult virtual music band Gorillaz will premiere the animated short film "The Mountain, The Moon Cave and The Sad God." The project marks the virtual group's return to the visual format after an unsuccessful attempt to create a series for Netflix — work on it started in 2020, but after three years, development was shut down.

The plot of the short film unfolds in the forests of India, where a carefree walk by the band members unexpectedly turns into a mystical nightmare full of dangers. The film will feature tracks from the upcoming album The Mountain, scheduled for release in March.
