Echoes of Elysium, a Sky Survival Game, Released - Online Numbers Low, Reviews Mixed

The early access release of the cooperative survival game set in a world of floating islands, Echoes of Elysium, has taken place. Its main feature is the construction and management of your own airships, which serve as transport, a base, and a workshop. The game supports cooperative play for groups of up to six people.

The release has been accompanied by mixed reviews on Steam. Players note the engaging construction mechanics but criticize the lack of basic control settings, insufficient tutorial materials, and technical shortcomings.

The developers from Loric Games have acknowledged the problems and promised active support for the project over the next 12-16 months, including fixes and new content. An update with dynamic weather is already expected this spring, followed by a major expansion with new zones and a character class in the summer.

However, the game's online player count raises doubts about its longevity. At its peak, only 892 people played, and within a day, the concurrent player count dropped to 377.
