Life simulator Paralives became available on PC — the game in the spirit of The Sims is also sold in Russia
The colorful life simulator Paralives has arrived in the expected early access on PC — see the original note here. It's listed on RU Steam, but oddly there isn't a Russian translation yet. Still, the launch drew a lot of attention online.
Updated: as of 17:22, Paralives had over 29,000 concurrent players on Steam. By 18:50 the count climbed to 77,000.
The devs are asking players to step into a picture-book world: make a character, get tangled up in relationships, and mess around with home design. Expect to build families, take jobs, chase wealth, and endlessly rearrange furniture — if that's your kind of time-sink. On release the team dropped a new trailer and pointed back to the recent 45-minute gameplay demonstration.
At the moment there are no user reviews on Steam, while the local concurrent count already exceeds 18,000 players!
