Last Epoch Showcases Season 4 Gameplay with Curses and New Skills

The isometric action-RPG Last Epoch has released a fresh gameplay trailer for the upcoming fourth season, titled Shattered Omens. The presented video showcases not only brand-new content but also a deep rework of mechanics already familiar to players.

The key innovation will be the so-called "Omen Windows," which will be integrated into both the story campaign and the endgame.

The developers have also worked extensively on improving existing systems. Players will now have the ability to modify the "Idol Altar," apply "Corruption" to equipment to enhance it, as well as interact with the updated "Echo Web" and build "Echo Chains," using a new in-game currency for this purpose.

Furthermore, the upcoming update will affect class balance — specifically, the "Bladedancer" will receive two new skills: Blade Storm and Shadow Rend.

The start of the Shattered Omens season is scheduled for March 26, 2026.
