Last Chance for a Fresh Start: BitCraft Online Launches Early Access 2 with a Total Wipe
The developers of BitCraft Online have announced the game's transition to the next stage — Early Access 2. Servers will be taken offline for 24 hours to prepare for the final wipe and a major update. The completion date depends on the region: the shutdown will begin on the night of February 27, Pacific Time.
After the launch of EA2, existing players will be able to choose — to start from scratch at level one or to restore their skills and continue. The empire system will be fully integrated into the core gameplay.
The update includes a revamped tutorial and quest system: nearly 100 quests will introduce professions, skills, and cosmetic rewards. Account progression will change — upon logging in, your level might be different than it was the day before. Skill rewards have been rebalanced, and the experience curve has been accelerated for a more dynamic start.
The game's price is reduced to $15.99, and to celebrate the launch, a temporary discount is available — $7.99. After the full 1.0 release, a new server, World 2, will open for those wishing to start from scratch, but the Early Access 2 server will continue to operate.
