Dragonkin: The Banished Gets Multiplayer and Numerous Other Improvements
The developers of the action RPG Dragonkin: The Banished have released a major update — the largest since the game's Early Access launch. The update brings significant changes to gameplay and expands possibilities for both single-player and multiplayer experiences.
A key new feature is the revamped town progression system. Players can now influence the settlement's development, unlocking additional opportunities and services. Furthermore, a skill rank system has been introduced, allowing for deeper character development customization and making progression more flexible and strategic.
Noticeable improvements have also been made to the multiplayer component. Gamers now have access to shared progression, which fosters closer cooperation within a group. Other new features include the ability to help low-level characters with leveling up, teleportation and reviving allies directly on the battlefield, as well as free item trading between team members.
The authors also focused on fine-tuning the gameplay. An option to configure dodging has been added to the game, providing more control over combat mechanics. For increased convenience in battle, health display above combatants has been implemented, and loot filters have been introduced — they help players navigate dropped items more quickly and manage their inventory more effectively.
Furthermore, the update expands content: new talents, gear elements, and modifiers have been added, opening up additional tactical possibilities in battles.
The developers paid special attention to the visual component and interface. The game now features graphical improvements that enhance overall image quality, and interface tweaks have been made — it has become more intuitive and user-friendly.
The new update is already available for installation. It aims to make Dragonkin: The Banished an even more engaging and balanced game, offering players fresh challenges and opportunities to explore the world.
