The devs of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era reacted to player feedback just two days after release. The headline tweak targets the AI on random maps — it behaves less aggressively now: on "Low" difficulty the enemy tends to sit back and let you grow, while on "Normal" it no longer leans as often on elaborate troop-transfer tricks.

Several technical snafus were patched (cloud saves, the hero-leveling UI, creature tooltips), and a number of bugs tied to building construction and sieges have been fixed. MP has been restricted to scenarios for the time being to reduce desyncs. The team also asks players to pitch in on the Wiki and to post feedback on Steam so balance adjustments can keep coming.
