Campaign initiator Brianna Jones told IGN that the character's disappearance not only upset fans but also disrupted the franchise's integrity. Meanwhile, rumors about the film have united fans, which is rare for this community. "We have united to complete his story. Our campaign will be so loud that Disney cannot ignore it," Jones said.

Recall that in October 2023, Adam Driver confirmed he had worked on a solo Ben Solo film for two years, which fueled interest in this story.
