Inti Creates showed the bonuses for the Switch 2 pre-order version of Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark

Inti Creates has published details about pre-order bonuses for physical editions of the metroidvania Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark for Nintendo Switch 2 in Japanese stores — see the full list of bonuses. Customers who reserve the retail release at participating shops will receive wall tapestries and posters that use exclusive illustrations created by the game's artists.

Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark follows sisters Kirika and Masha, who serve the demon lord Maxim. Returning to the Demonic Kingdom, they discover their castle in ruins after an assault by Lord Laisenorg's army and learn that Maxim has been stripped of his powers. The sisters set out to rebuild the fortress and restore their master's former strength.

Players switch between Kirika and Masha on the fly during combat. Kirika focuses on ranged attacks using demonic firearms, while Masha engages enemies up close with a whip. Progress toward restoring Maxim requires collecting his remains. Enemies and chests drop randomized loot — consumables, extra weapons, and demonic relics — which are used for crafting and unlocking new abilities.

The action platformer is already available on PC as well as PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The Nintendo Switch 2 edition is scheduled for release on January 28, 2027.
