Intel to Entrust System Error Fixes to AI Agent Based on Microsoft Copilot
Following a series of scandals related to the instability of 13th and 14th generation processors, Intel is looking for ways to radically improve problem diagnosis and resolution. The new tool will be a specialized bot based on Microsoft Copilot technologies.
Unlike conventional search bots, this "Agentive AI" will have deep access to system logs, real-time data on voltage, temperature, and CPU frequencies. The bot will not only be able to provide advice but also (with the user's permission, of course) independently make changes to Windows settings or suggest specific BIOS parameters to fix errors.
The AI will be trained on Intel's vast database of known errors, patches, and hardware specifications, enabling it to propose solutions much faster and more accurately than a live technical support employee.
