In honor of the release of Resident Evil Requiem on Switch 2, a special microSD card will be released.
The company Powin has announced a limited-edition microSD card dedicated to the game Resident Evil Requiem. The front of the packaging features the main heroes Grace and Leon. The back shows the destroyed Raccoon City. The storage device itself bears the Umbrella logo.
Of course, the product has no exclusive features. It's simply a memory card designed in the style of the upcoming horror action game. Its release is timed to coincide with the game's launch on Switch 2, but the card can also be used with any other multimedia device. By the way, the accessory is not cheap — $99.
The events of the new RE installment will unfold 30 years after the catastrophe in Raccoon City. The main protagonists are Grace Ashcroft, an FBI agent trying to uncover the truth about her mother's death, and series "veteran" Leon Kennedy.
Resident Evil Requiem will be released on February 27th for PC, PS5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2 with full Russian localization, but without a demo version. The horror game has already been added to wishlists over 4 million times.
