The permanent increase to legendary drop rates took effect on January 15th, although the exact numbers haven't been disclosed—according to player reports, the increase is minor.

The character Harlow received a damage buff to her skills; for example, her "Freeze Frame" ability now deals 20% more Cryo damage.

Amon was buffed significantly: the explosion damage from his "Forge Axe" and "Forge Hammer" has been increased by approximately 72%, and the impact of "Hammer Time" is now 59% more powerful.

The other two Vault Hunters, Vex and Rafa, remained unchanged in this update, likely due to their stable popularity and balance following previous adjustments.
