In beast of reincarnation the text size will be increased and the pacing of the narrative improved

Game Freak is already working on a fresh patch for Beast of Reincarnation. The team says it will arrive "within a week" and intends to touch on a number of issues:

  • camera adjustment;
  • increased text size;
  • improved narrative pacing (further improvements are also planned in the future);
  • default settings changed from Cinematic mode to "Performance";
  • various bug fixes.

Beast of Reincarnation is an adventure-action game from the folks behind the Pokémon series — yes, that studio. It launched on August 4 and is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series (i.e., also on plus Game Pass). Critics gave the title a warm reception, while players — predictably — are of mixed feelings; some praise, some gripes, and a fair bit in between.
