Crimson Desert Voice Cast Includes Talent from Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3, and Dragon Age
The creators of Crimson Desert have shared details about the voice cast. The main character, Macduff, is voiced by Gavin Drea, an actor known for his roles as Ciri in The Witcher 3, Adam Smasher in Cyberpunk 2077, and Darian in Elden Ring. Emily Barber (Galandra from Absolum, the series "Gangsterland") voices Naira, while Rebecca Hanssen (Alfira in Baldur’s Gate III and Eve in Stellar Blade) voices Demyana.
The roles of Yann and Murdin are played by Peter Bramhill (Cailan from Dragon Age: Origins) and Alastair Parker (Blackwall from Dragon Age: Inquisition). The "voice" of Ungki is Stuart Scudamore (Calgar from Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2).
The choice by the developers at Pearl Abyss has been well-received by players. They believe a strong voice cast is just as crucial a component as the previously showcased gameplay mechanics and open world.
Overall, Crimson Desert has already generated significant hype, with some considering it a competitor to GTA 6 for the title of "Game of the Year."
Crimson Desert is set for release on March 20th and has already been wishlisted by over two million people. Previously, the developers confirmed that mod support is not currently planned.
