Blizzard has announced a BlizzCon 2026 tie-in for Heroes of the Storm fans — watch an hour of Classic Cup broadcasts on Twitch and receive a 7-day Boost for your account. The company shared the news via its social post.

As part of the BlizzCon programming, Blizzard will stage a series of retro matches that salute the game's esports history, including a tribute to the HGC 2018 finals. The events will feature well-known professional players who previously competed at BlizzCon tournaments.

• What to do: Watch 1 hour of HotS broadcasts (in the Classic Cup category) on Twitch.
• When: September 12 (as part of the broadcasts dedicated to BlizzCon events).
