Galax, KFA2, and HOF are alive, new graphics cards are already being prepared

Palit has put out a third official clarification to stop the Galax-liquidation rumors in their tracks. The uproar started because the Brazilian arm posted incorrect information, and a number of media outlets interpreted that as Palit exiting the market — which turned out to be a false alarm.

What's actually happened is an internal reorganization: the Galax line, together with KFA2 and HOF, has been moved under direct Palit Group mgmt. (i.e., not shuttered). Those brands remain active and operating under the group's oversight.

Palit also says it's not only ready for the current batch of releases but is already working on the next-gen GPU designs. In short: this looks like consolidation within the grp., not the end of familiar graphics-card lines — a reshuffle, not a shutdown.
