For World of Warcraft The Burning Crusade Classic, the "Anniversary" pre-update
With the release of the Anniversary pre-update World of Warcraft The Burning Crusade Classic, heroes can begin preparing for further adventures. The update brought new content and a number of significant changes to the game.
Players now have access to new races: the Draenei and Blood Elves. The geography of the world has expanded with new locations: Bloodmist Isle, Azuremist Isle, Exodar, Eversong Woods, Ghostlands, and Lunar Light.
For those who want to speed up their progress, a paid option has been introduced to instantly raise the level to 58 — it applies to the Draenei and Blood Elves. A new profession has been added to the game — jewelry making — and guild banks have been introduced. The Alliance now has the ability to create shamans, and the Horde — paladins.
The character development process for levels 20 to 60 has been accelerated by 15%, and the amount of experience for completing quests has been increased. Arena skirmishes are now available. In addition, the developers have made adjustments to classes, professions, transportation, and other game systems. The temporary quest "Battle in the Breach" deserves special attention. For completing it, players will receive the Defender's Crested Cloak. The update has introduced an interface editing mode similar to the current version of the game. The Heroism/Bloodlust effect now affects the entire raid, but imposes a 10-minute Exhaustion/Satiation effect. For challenge enthusiasts, the Iron Soul effect has been added, allowing players to track their progress without deaths. The full launch of The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary will take place on February 6 at 2:00 a.m. Moscow time.
