The strategy game Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, made by Unfrozen in partnership with Hooded Horse and Ubisoft, sits on about 1.5M wishlists ahead of its early access launch on April 30, 2026. On Steam it currently ranks ninth.

Unfrozen brought Jon Van Caneghem on as a consultant and released a demo that clearly struck a chord with many players; those moves likely helped drive the wishlist numbers, though the true test will come once EA begins (e.g., player retention, reviews, post-launch updates).
