Final Fantasy 14 Launches a Returner Event — 4 Days of Free Game Time

Publisher Square Enix is gifting up to four days of free game time in Final Fantasy 14 for returning players. The promotion will run from January 9th to February 9th, 2026.

Owners of the full version are eligible to participate if their subscription is inactive and more than 30 days have passed since its expiration. Upon first login, the player will receive 96 hours of continuous playtime.

This period is an opportunity to evaluate the key innovations of the 7.4 update: class balance changes, the new Doomtrain trial, the Arcadion Heavyweight raid dungeon, and free item transmogrification.
