"Fast & Furious 11" to be released on March 17, 2028
Universal Studios and Vin Diesel have announced that the final film of the "Fast & Furious" saga will be released on March 17, 2028, under the title "Fast Forever." It will be a direct continuation of the tenth installment, which ended on a massive cliffhanger.
Let's recall the ending of "Fast X": the main antagonist Dante Reyes, seeking revenge for his father's death, lured Dominic Toretto and his son into a trap and blew up a dam. His revenge also affected Dom's allies—Roman, Tej, Ramsey, and Han are presumed dead in a plane crash, and Dom's brother, Jakob, died earlier. Only Letty and Cipher managed to escape from the prison in Antarctica, where they were joined by Gisele, who was believed to be dead. In the post-credits scene, Luke Hobbs joined the confrontation with Dante, while Deckard Shaw set off to rescue his mother from a new threat.
Thus, "Fast Forever" will have to untangle all these plot threads and put a final point on the legendary franchise.
